FAQs

  • What size should I choose?

We recommend using the size selector available on each product page. Enter your hand measurement following the guide image, and the selector will tell you which size to choose.

  • Can I return the gloves?

Yes, as long as they have not been used and are not PERSONALIZED. Exchanges or returns of PERSONALIZED gloves are not accepted.

  • How can I reduce wear from abrasion?

Abrasion damage is an unavoidable factor for any goalkeeper, but there are a few tips that can help extend the life of your gloves.

Avoid landing on the palms during actions that involve sliding: in low dives, where the body typically slows down through the pressure of the palms against the ground, the gloves suffer significant wear. Because of this, once the save or clearance has been made, the goalkeeper should use the fists to brake, avoiding damage to the palms.

Avoid pushing up off the ground with the palms: pushing off from the ground with your hands causes the latex to wear down quickly, so it's better to get up using the fists to reduce degradation.

Pitch condition: training or playing on fields in good condition also helps keep the gloves in better shape, since abrasion on the latex is reduced — although this factor isn't directly controlled by the goalkeeper.

  • How to dry and store gloves so they last longer?

The drying process is essential to ensure your gloves last as long as possible. They should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated place at home, such as a room or coat rack, and it's highly recommended to take them out of the bag after each use to let them air out in that space. This will help extend the life of the glove.

Under no circumstances should they be exposed to direct sunlight, as the latex can be seriously damaged and completely lose its grip, especially in the PRO and ADVANCE range models.
